ERGONOMICS & INNOVATIVE DESIGN
The new dental unit line is based on long and accurate research of the needs of the final user while trying to support them and anticipate new solutions. The innovation lies in the use of new-generation plastics specific to the medical field, a more malleable material that makes the dental unit lighter to use. Thanks to this feature, we have been able to make lines finer, carefully studying every detail and creating more ergonomic and comfortable forms by changing the seat and the backrest.
Our new-generation plastics specific to the medical field are:
> RESISTANT TO CHEMICALS AND ANTIBACTERIAL LIQUIDS;
> RESISTANT TO UV RAYS (ANTIYELLOW).
CHAIR MOVEMENT
Our chair, apart from being ergonomically more comfortable, moves rapidly and silently. The seat and the backrest move synchronously to ensure better comfort and reach the Trendelenburg position.
TOUCH DISPLAY
Thanks to the 7’’ full-colour display with a glass surface, controlling the unit is even more simple. The touching technology allows the dentist to control the unit in an easy and intuitive way and to move comfortably among all the available functions and settings.
DENTIST’S CONSOLE
The dentist’s console has changed its shape and material, too. It has become more efficient and easier to sanitize. The vertical excursion of the arm can go up to 600 mm. Another innovation is the top delivery system, which is now more articulated and it accompanies the dentist in every direction without moving the console. The instruments automatically get back to their initial position thanks to a patented mechanical alignment system.
VALVE GROUP
The hydro case features an easily accessible compartment reserved for our new valve group, which is more performing than the previous one to reduce the maintenance operations to the bare minimum.
ASSISTANT’S CONSOLE
More defined lines for our assistant’s console, articulated on two arms, which has become lighter thanks to new-generations plastics.
HYDRO CASE
The hydro case has been completely renewed to make it even more functional: there is a dedicated door opening for every compartment (hydric part, electric part, and valve group). It’s easily inspectable by both technicians and dentists because the space has been expanded. The suction hoses have become independent, each with its filter.
DISINFECTION
All disinfection procedures are simple, fast, and efficient. Every element is removable and autoclavable.
WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
Our water supply systems are mains water, 2 liters bottle, MDS, and MDS+17 systems.
FOOT PEDAL
The foot pedal has been updated based on the needs of the market. Very resistant plastics have also been used to develop this element, to make it more resistant to mechanical stress and wear.
It is equipped with a retractable lifting handle, which can be put down with your foot or lifted when you need to move it.
NT AND NG CAN ALSO HAVE HANGING HOSES VERSIONS
> 6 instruments on the dentist’s console;
> the mat which completely covers the console is made of silicon and is autoclavable. It’s possible to add a side tray to obtain an expanded working surface;
> the arm moves vertically up to 600 mm;
> the control panel is adjustable;
> the instrument holders can be autoclaved.
NT AND NG CAN HAVE AMBIDEXTROUS VARIANTS
Those variants are characterized by an independent structure composed of two joints and two arms which can rotate 180°. In this way, the dental unit can be used both by right-handed and left-handed dentists. The movement is easy, and the structure is light. The chair is more comfortable thanks to the memory foam.
The water system, the foot pedal, and all other components are the same as in NT and NG models.
